What a Difference a 'Yes' Makes!

What a Difference a “Yes” Makes!

The Three R’s in Action

Customer Frank M. Di’Urno of Balance Architecture, LLC from Norwalk had an HSA account with Patriot. He happened to mention to Danbury Road VP/Branch Manager Kevin Gilmartin, that he was putting together a golf tournament to raise funds for ALS. His dad, Francesco Di’Urno had died in March of the disease. Frank and his family wanted to do something to give back to the ALS Association. Would Patriot help? Without hesitation, Kevin said YES! Frank, thrilled with Patriot’s quick response and miffed at being turned down by his other banks, brought another one of his accounts over to Patriot. Patriot CEO and President Charlie Howell notes, “There are still many scams out there that promise to help consumers avoid foreclosure or refinance their existing mortgage to a lower rate. It’s important to know the warning signs so you don’t wind up doing business with an unscrupulous person or business. First and foremost, if you are having financing troubles, you should contact your mortgage lender immediately.”
