Branch Manager

Responsible for the administration of the sales, service, operations, personnel, audit and security activities of the Branch to meet the Bank's objectives.

Essential duties include managing and developing sales targets and activities; staff training to focus on quality customer service, sales techniques, teamwork and budget; staff supervision; participation in local community, civic and business organizations; ensure timely resolution of customer issues; maintain compliance with Bank policies and government regulations; monitor branch operations; assist Senior Management in product and service development.

Requirements
College degree or equivalent business experience. Two to five years of relevant experience in consumer, business banking or retail services; must have been in present position at least nine months.

Managerial and supervisory experience required as well as leadership ability. Must have solid working knowledge of Bank products and services. Strong sales and business development skills needed to increase branch deposits, as well as operations and customer service skills. Strong sense of integrity and personal ethics necessary.

Skills
Basic PC Skills - MS Word and Excel. Accuracy and attention to detail necessary, time management skills.




Network Administrator Technology

This position is responsible for the administration of communications between branches and our outsourced data processing capabilities, of the IT network including LAN/WAN, internal and external VPN connectivity, Citrix, outsourced internet security, internal security systems, and telecommunications, management of Network Administrators, software, equipment, new branch planning and set up as well as help desk triage.

Job Responsibilities include:

Network and workstation support for Employees:

  • Create servers configuration and hardware.
  • Evaluate, prioritize and resolve all service requests directly received
  • Recommend changes in daily operating procedures
  • Install, test, and maintain workstation computer equipment
  • Provide all levels of application and workstation help desk support

Internet/Intranet and LAN/WAN Support:

  • Maintain outsourced firewalls and security configuration
  • Maintain technical communications wit ISP
  • Maintain communications among all network devices (printers, ATMs, workstations etc.)
  • Maintain all network security systems including intrusion detection, antivirus, and patch management
  • Review systems and resolve issues found in system logs or escalate as necessary
  • Maintain Citrix Access Gateway VPN Device.
  • Track and install the latest service packs/hot fixes/ upgrades to all IT systems
  • Maintain network six backups

Corporate Phone Systems:

  • Manage the Administration of various phone systems

Interact with vendors, suppliers, and other parties:

  • Maintain close liaison with network vendors to effect problem resolution
  • Manage workload leveling with outside IT consultants projects as needed

Lead Special projects:

  • System installations, tests, upgrades, patches and releases
  • Manage ATM installations and interface with OSI\CSC and CNS
  • Evaluate Disaster Recovery planning and testing
  • Installation and testing of new hardware and software

Maintain IT inventory and supplies:

  • Maintain all IT supplies and order all equipment
  • Maintain inventories of equipment, software, IP addresses and rights

Monitor IT security systems:

  • Represent IT on Information Technology and IT security committees
  • Enforce IT security policy

Requirements
Four or more years working with hardware, software and communications equipment. Demonstrated knowledge of PC troubleshooting and repair, IT Security. Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science a plus). MCSE Certification and IT security certification a plus. Experience in a Financial Institution and Cisco experience a plus. Demonstrated administrative, excellent written and communication as well as strong analytical skills

Skills and Specifications:
Advanced knowledge of Windows 98, Windows XP, Windows 2000 operating systems, Windows 2003, PC hardware and office automation applications. Knowledge of LAN/WAN systems and the internet.




Customer Service Representative

Function in dual role as Customer Service Representative and/or teller as needed in multiple branch locations.

Provide excellent customer service. Using Patriot sales and service program skills, participate proactively in daily branch sales activities. Become familiar with all products and services to be able to assess customer needs and recommend solutions to benefit both the bank and the customer. Responsible for daily operational activities as needed, assist Head Teller with required duties and audits; perform teller functions during staff shortages. Assist in opening and closing the branch. If applicable, manages all functions and personnel within the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Branch Manager.

Requirements
One to three years of relevant experience in consumer, business banking and one to two years teller experience. High School Diploma/GED. Must be a team player, willing to work in other branches as necessary. Position requires a strong sense of integrity and personal ethics; must be willing to work alternating shifts and Saturdays.

Skills
Basic PC Skills - MS Word and Excel necessary. Automated platform/teller systems experience. Excellent verbal and written skills as well as customer service skills needed. Strong communication skills are a must, to include problem solving, task completion and customer focus.




Teller

Efficiently processes all customer transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures. Contribute to the achievement of sales goals in the branch by providing referrals. Responsible for processing all customer transactions to include requests for account information; identify and pursue sales referral opportunities; maintain, log and process mail and night deposit drop transactions; encode checks and prepare outgoing cash letter deposits; balance cash drawer daily and reconcile working cash to the end of the day computer totals. Assist other branch personnel as required.
